My name is Victor Mills, and I am honored to serve families throughout East Texas with compassion, integrity, and genuine care.

ROOTED IN EAST TEXAS

Born and raised in Lufkin, Texas, I graduated from Hudson High School in 2018 and have devoted my professional life to serving families since 2019.

In 2020, I married my wonderful wife, Kayla, and together we have been blessed with a growing family. Our son, Josiah James (“JJ”), was born in 2023, and we are excited to welcome our daughter, Madison, later this year.

Walking alongside families during one of life’s most emotional seasons is not something I take lightly. Every conversation, every decision, and every detail matters because every life has a story worth honoring with dignity and respect.


My goal is to provide a calm, reassuring presence while helping families make informed decisions with confidence—not pressure. I believe that listening comes before leading, and that trust is earned by treating every family as I would want my own family to be treated.

In addition to my work in funeral service, I proudly serve families through Johnston Monument Company in Lufkin, Texas, where I specialize in designing custom memorials that celebrate lives well lived.


A memorial is far more than stone and craftsmanship—it is a permanent expression of love, remembrance, faith, and legacy. Every family is different, and every memorial should reflect the unique story of the person it honors.


From our first consultation through the final installation, I personally guide each family through the entire process. Depending on the material selected, many memorials can be designed, crafted, and installed within approximately 60 to 90 days.
